Discounted Movies and TV offerings (versus bundled, over-charging, cable TV fees), vast catalogue of Movies and TV Shows in both English and Spanish, as well as radio and music experience, to cater to all genres. Owned and/or managed communications companies in the following businesses: broadcast & satellite television; radio; print; online; mobile media; event marketing; talent agent and management; strategic and tactical brand development. Experienced in media sales, business development, owning and operating media properties, content distribution,programming development, and TV & radio production. Significant expertise in negotiation of transactions and legaldocumentation. Co-organizer of the Spanish Broadcasters Association, a Hispanic media lobbying group in Washington DC. Co-Chairman of the Finance Committee for the National Association of Multicultural Digital Entrepreneurs. Policy Committee Member of the Multicultural Media Telecommunications and Internet Council (“MMTC”) basedin Washington, DC. Served on advisory committees to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the Federal Communications Commission. Hispanic Media Strategy and Acquisitions Advisor to Huntsman-Gay GlobalCapital. Owned and/or managed communications companies in the following businesses: broadcast & satellite television; radio; print; online; talent agent and management; strategic and tactical brand development. Experienced in media sales, business development, owning and operating media properties, content distribution,programming development, and TV & radio production. Significant expertise in negotiation of transactions and legal documentation. Former television and commercial photography director and producer. Former owner and operator of multiple community-oriented newsprint publicationsin Tampa Bay,FL. Past organizer of several Boy Scouts of America units in PuertoRico.
